Our Third Party Administration (TPA) service is proving more successful with insurers due to the robust claims process we have in place and the ability of our experienced claims handlers to make immediate informed decisions.

Today in OSG Vericlaim we have extensive desktop Claims management teams (handle +65,000 claims a year).

We recognise the importance of a robust claims estimation protocol.  For example in respect of building claims we utilise an in-house pricing guide (Xactimate) to assist in the determination of appropriate reserves. This is supported by a goods replacement price validation system for contents aspects (eValuate). We have developed proprietary electronic workflow software to allow for smooth and speedy handling for all types of claims.
