OSG Outsource Services Group Limited is an independent company providing claims, sales, administrative and consultancy services to the insurance sector.
The services are provided to a diverse range to clients including insurance companies, brokers and distributors, affinity groups, internet insurance service providers, government agencies and self-administered insurance programmes.
OSG is regulated by the Financial Regulator in respect of insurance mediation business and is passported into the UK. A copy of our status is available to view here. Codes of conduct are applied by the Financial Regulator and can be accessed at www.financialregulator.ie
Complaints Service
We ask that you make any complaint against our firm to us in writing. Please address your complaint to:

We will do our best to deal with your complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible.
In respect of insurance mediation business, we will acknowledge your complaint within 5 days and we will fully investigate it. On completion of our investigation, we will give you a written response of the outcome. If you are still not satisifed with our handling of, or response to your complaint, you are entitled to refer the matter to:
