OSG Outsource Services Group Limited is an outsource services group specialising in providing claims, sales, administrative and consultancy services to the insurance sector.

The services are provided to a diverse range of clients including insurance companies, brokers and distributors, affinity groups, internet insurance service providers, government agencies and self-administered insurance programmes.

OSG is regulated by the Financial Regulator in respect of insurance mediation business and is passported into the UK. A copy of our status is available to view overleaf and the regulatory section of this website. Codes of conduct are applied by the Financial Regulator and can be accessed at www.financialregulator.ie

 

Complaints

You can phone us, email us or write to us with your complaint. Please address your complaint to

In respect of insurance mediation business, we will acknowledge your complaint within 5 days and we will fully investigate it. On completion of our investigation, we will give you a written response of the outcome. If you are still not satisifed with our handling of, or response to your complaint, you are entitled to refer the matter to:

At OSG Outsource Services Group Limited Trading as OSG Vericlaim we are committed to the protection of your privacy. This Privacy Notice applies to visitors of OSG Vericlaim websites (including OSG.ie) and the self-service applications of OSG Vericlaim.

 

Collection & Use of Personally Unidentifiable Information

The personal data collected will only be used by our systems to retrieve and protect your data for claims administration or other legitimate legal processing to provide services to you. If you apply to a job with OSG Vericlaim via the website, your personal data will only be used to process your application, or remain on file in your applicant profile until it is removed either at your request or by OSG Vericlaim after one year.

 

Disclosure of Personal Data

OSG Vericlaim does not disclose any personal data to any third party outside the legal need-to-know claims process and related services including care coordination, customer care, service quality, business management and operation, risk assessment, information security, privacy protection, sanction screening and fraud and crime prevention/detection, except as follows: (1) with your consent, (2) as required by law, regulation, or legal process, (3) in connection with a sale of all or substantially all of the assets of OSG Vericlaim or the merger of OSG Vericlaim into another entity or any consolidation, share exchange, combination, reorganisation, or like transaction in which OSG Vericlaim is not the survivor, or (4) if we believe it is necessary to assist law enforcement agencies or otherwise protect our legal rights.

If you apply for a job with OSG Vericlaim or populate an employment profile, we from time to time disclose your Personal data to our agents for the purpose of evaluating your qualifications for the particular position you applied for, for other available positions or as otherwise required by law. From time to time we also disclose your Personal data to third parties hired by us to collect, maintain, and analyse candidates for career positions or as otherwise required by law.

However, no internet application can ever guarantee absolute security.
