The sales and underwriting services are offered by OSG Business Solutions. The Business Solutions Division was established in 2003 to fulfil the need to provide alternative solutions to the market.
We provide a full range of managed services to our clients including the use of our knowledge processing customer contact centre. Part of our overall goal is to provide a full suite of front and back office services to the insurance industry.
Our most significant contract to date involves OSG providing very successful on-shore and near shore (UK) e-commerce sales support for a major accident (travel) and health insurer. Our sales conversion rate is over 33%.
As OSG is the only specialist insurance outsourcing service provider in the local market we are providing knowledgeable and qualified decision makers to service your clients. We understand customer lifetime value and provide solutions around customer data analysis to create successful cross selling and up selling opportunities for our clients.
OSG Outsource Services Group is regulated by the Financial Regulator in respect of insurance mediation business and members of our staff are fully compliant with the Minimum Competency Requirements.
