The policy excess represents the first uninsured portion of your claim and is deductible from your claim should it be successful. The policy excess is detailed in the policy terms and conditions supplied to you at the time of sale of your travel insurance.
We endeavour to provide you with an update on your claim within 5 business days of receiving your claim form and documentation.
You can email your completed claim form and documentation to firstname.lastname@example.org Please be advised that your Claims Assessor may require sight of the original documentation at any stage of the claims process so we recommend you keep the original documentation in case these are requested from you.
Upon receipt of your completed claim form and documentation, an Assessor will be assigned to your claim. The Assessor will review your claim in accordance with the terms and conditions of your policy and provide you with an update within 5 business days. There may be instances where the Assessor will require additional information from you to fully investigate your claim – this will be requested from you at the assessment stage.
Once all required documentation has been received, a decision is made on your claim and advised to you within 5 business days.
