Anne joined OSG in 2009 and is responsible for the compliance framework within OSG and provides critical support to our Compliance officer. Her expertise lie in the area of regulatory and operational compliance with specific focus on Risk Assessment, Compliance Monitoring, Compliance Programme Implementation, Reporting, Audit and Training. Anne has in depth knowledge and strong experience in both the Irish and UK regulatory environment for General, Commercial and Private Medical Insurance.

Glenn currently heads up our Liability Unit and is one of the very few working in the Irish Market currently holding the Fellowship of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII). Glenn has in depth experience in handling motor, liability (property and casualty) and property damage claims with specific expertise in psychiatric, defamation and false arrest claims. Glenn also holds an honours law degree from UCC (NUI).

Kevin started his career in the claims department of Hibernian Insurance company in 1986. He specialises in the management of third party liability injury and damage claims and has dealt with a large number of complicated catastrophic injury claims. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant Michael made the move to IT, beginning his career programming accounting and payroll systems for large Irish businesses. He then moved to Apple where he spent 10 years before being a founder and General Manager of Microwarehouse Limited,
Michael brings his business experience as well as his extensive IT background to bear in order to deliver the technology support for OSG’s various business units.

Pamela specialises in the management of latent defect and property claims. Responsible for the creation of systems and controls from a Greenfield site at both Premier Guarantee in the UK, and in OSG. Pamela has a wealth of experience in managing large and attritional losses, leading and project managing large, multi unit, litigation actions.

Conor has 14 years experience in the insurance industry and is a very experienced practitioner in all claim types. He has particular expertise in the investigation and adjustment of complex burglary, theft, fire, oil losses and all risks claims. Conor is also a senior fraud investigator and is the Manager of the Large and Complex Loss Team within OSG.

Catherine is a practicing solicitor with extensive experience as a Recovery & Litigation Specialist. She joined OSG in 2012 having previously worked as a Senior Personal Injuries Claims Executive before qualifying as a solicitor and spending four years with a Leading Law Firm in Dublin.

Denise commenced employment with OSG in 2003 as Claims Manager. She is responsible for the direction of the Claims Team to ensure consistent delivery of claims services/products. Denise provides technical guidance and ensures the claims processes are customer focused.

Ian is a qualified Mechanical Engineer and recently successfully completed the final examinations of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters. He has worked in the Insurance Industry for 7 years with extensive and wide ranging claims experience across both personal lines and commercial lines of business.

Derek has worked in the Insurance industry for 10 years, during this time he has worked in a number of different areas gaining a wide variety of experience dealing with property, liability and travel claims for a range of different clients. Most recently Derek was part of the first response team to assist catastrophe claims in Bermuda following hurricanes Fay and Gonzalo. He was an integral part of the team, setting up a foreign office and dealing with large and complex claims including commercial, domestic and Government claims.

Gary entered the insurance industry in 1977 to work in a claims department dealing with property, liability and injury claims. He commenced employment with OSG in 1998 to set up the Northern Ireland office in Belfast. His experience includes dealing with catastrophe events i.e. Hurricane, bomb explosions, handling domestic and commercial property, agricultural, Contractors All Risks and Business Interruption claims. Gary is also a qualified Chartered Arbitrator.
