Auditing services
As part of our overall quality assurance programme we are focused on ensuring that we meet the highest possible standards in the areas of technical excellence and customer service. In order to ensure that we meet and exceed these standards and to ensure that our staff are focused on quality, we undertake an extensive audit programme within our organisation throughout the year.
Our extensive auditing ability also gives us the capability of providing auditing services to our clients to ensure they are in turn getting best value from their service providers. In addition we can call on the services of our foresenic accounting team to assist with this service. As an example we regularly audit claim files that some of our clients settle in-house and we also manage one of the largest assistance based claims service programmes in the country.
Due to the importance attached to this work, the unit is headed up by our Managing Director, John McGee.
