Specialist recoveries unit
In OSG we believe that the traditional role of securing recovery of outlay from third parties can be slow, cumbersome and often ineffective.
We established a specialist recovery unit which interacts with all our adjusters and client executives to obtain recoveries mainly in property, liability, computer, motor and travel claims. In addition to the specialist unit we can call upon the resources of our in-house legal team, Fitzwilliam Solicitors.
As soon as our adjusters identify an opportunity for recovery it is notified to our recovery team and they track the claims activity in parallel with the adjustment of the loss. We endeavour to arrange early case conferences with input from all parties.
Apart from our traditional involvement in property and liability recoveries we are now becoming particularly skilled in obtaining recoveries in overseas travel claims.
