Our Property Adjusting Division's managing director is Danny Donohoe.
The largest of the operating divisions, OSG Property Loss Adjusting, has been the cornerstone of the Company since its establishment.
This Division has developed through recruitment, the creation of a countrywide service network and acquisition to become the market leader. The Property Loss Adjusting Division provides claims inspection and adjusting services to a diverse range of clients. This division processes all classes of property claims from small standard personal property and household claims through to commercial property, marine and goods in transit.

The service delivery platform utilises bespoke and in-house developed claims management and workflow systems which involve electronic integration with key clients.
One of the key drivers for change and development in the whole area of property claims adjusting currently is responding to a market where there is a substantial shift in the demand for assistance type managed claims solutions as an alternative to the traditional adversarial claims services.
It is OSG’s ability to adapt and change our work practices and service offering that will enable the company to capitalise on these opportunities into the future.
The claims are handled by a highly trained and qualified resource base operating out of 12 service centres supported by experienced claims administrators and a head office Customer Service Centre and Central Notification Unit.
