We ask that you make any complaint against our firm to us in writing. Please address your complaint to

The Chief Executive Officer, OSG Outsource Services Group Limited, Merrion Hall, Strand Road, Sandymount, Dublin 4. We will do our best to deal with your complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible.

In respect of insurance mediation business, we will acknowledge your complaint within 5 days and we will fully investigate it. On completion of our investigation, we will give you a written response of the outcome. If you are still not satisifed with our handling of, or response to your complaint, you are entitled to refer the matter to:
