The administration services are offered by OSG Business Solutions. The Business Solutions Division was established in 2003 to fulfil the need to provide alternative solutions to the market.

We provide a full range of managed services to our clients including the use of our knowledge processing customer contact centre. Part of our overall goal is to provide a full suite of front and back office services to the insurance industry.

Delivering Your Promise is core to our business. Once the customer is secured it takes skill and expertise to manage the relationship and we have a particular strong track record in handling sales, underwriting and claims administration services for our clients.

Our strength lies in the experience, qualifications and "know-how" of our personnel.  Even with short lead-in periods for new contracts we have been successful due to our in-house practical management experience.  We have, literally, hundreds of years of top class experience available in-house to be able to declare that whatever the situation with the end customer we have the ability to handle it.
