OSG (Outsource Services Group Ltd) is an independent outsource service provider to the insurance and financial services market. Established in Dublin in 1984 as a professional partnership under the name Farrell and Associates, we have progressed through indigenous growth, strategic recruitment and business acquisition to our current position as the premier provider of outsourced service solutions to the insurance and related financial services market

Operating from a state of the art 200+ managed services unit and head office in the city of Dublin, we also have 12 regional service centers throughout the rest of Ireland.

OSG also, as a member of the international vrs adjusters' network, can provide services in more than 70 countries worldwide through a further network of 300 offices.

In addition, our associate company Buckley Scott / Miller International in the UK, provide specialist adjusting services in a range of disciplines through a number of UK regional offices, further locations in Europe, Middle East, Asia and Pacific Rim, Australasia and Latin America.

Our strategy is based on the further expansion of our service offering by responding to increased market demand for wider managed services, assistance based claims solutions and Knowledge Process Outsourcing(KPO).

The ability to capitalise on these opportunities is being achieved through continued investment in our resources, strengthening our team and enhanced by strategic acquisition. Not limited to the local market we are also in a position to provide near-shore/off-shore services to the wider UK and emerging European Markets.

The company structure and service offering is geared towards providing a full suite of front and back office services.

Our operating divisions known to many as OSG Property Adjusting, OSG Casualty Services, OSG Business Solutions and Fitzwilliam Solicitors provide an integrated seamless approach to the service requirements of our customers.
