OSG (Outsource Services Group Ltd) is an independent insurance outsource specialist. Established in Dublin in 1984 as a professional partnership we have progressed through indigenous growth, strategic recruitment and business acquisition to our current position as the premier provider of outsourced service solutions to the insurance and related financial services market.
Operating from a managed services unit and head office in the city of Dublin, we employ 280 people and have 8 additional regional service centres throughout the rest of Ireland.
The expertise and experience within OSG Group extends to the provision of International Claims services under the guidance of Group Director, John McGee.
OSG is also a member of the international vrs adjusters' network and can provide services in more than 70 countries worldwide through a further network of 300 offices.
Our strategy is based on the further expansion of our service offering by responding to increased market demand for wider managed services, expert claims management including the use of assistance based solutions and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO).
The ability to capitalise on these opportunities is being achieved through continued investment in our resources, strengthening our team and enhanced by strategic acquisition. Not limited to the local market we are also in a position to provide near-shore/off-shore services to the wider UK and emerging European Markets.
